  • Triple D- Delicious I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Campos at Los Poblanos with colleagues, friends and family! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming Deanna, who shared the fascinating history of the farm, dating back to 1934. She told us about the lavender farm, the animals, and the farm to table concept that made the experience feel even more special. Our waiter, Jayden, was incredible, attentive, friendly, and truly passionate about the food. He checked in multiple times throughout our meal, making sure everything was to our liking and offering suggestions with genuine enthusiasm. His recommendations were spot on! The Lamb Pasta was a standout dish, perfectly al dente with small, tender bites of lamb. It was simply delicious! The Halibut Fish Mole was cooked to perfection, the fish tender and juicy, with just the right amount of crunch, all smothered in a tantalizing mole sauce. It paired beautifully with a crisp, slightly fruity Sauvignon Blanc that was refreshing and full bodied. The Pork, potatoes, red onions, and a bounty of fresh veggies were an absolute symphony of flavors. The three beautifully hand made warm corn tortillas are perfect, delicious and loved on the pork. It paired perfectly with an Oregon Pinot Noir, light, with a bouquet of red fruits and a hint of mocha. Every bite was a joy, and the entire meal was a celebration for the senses. For a slight vaction, my tongue relaxes on a dessert that screamed love poems - the cheesecake was a dream, fluffy, moist, with a hint of sweetness and just the right amount of crunch. Each bite was pure indulgence, leaving me with a lasting memory of that beautiful meal. This experience at Campos etched a lasting memory in my heart, and I can't wait to come back! Wow!

  • This is a foodie destination that lives up to the hype, and it now ranks among my favorite restaurants around the globe. We ate at Campo four times during our stay at Los Poblanos—two brunches and two dinners—and it wowed us every time. The waitstaff is warm and attentive; the menu is creative, local, and delicious; and the kitchen executes beautifully. (I’ve only seen such a consistently high bar in a few restaurant kitchens, and Campo’s got it.) Our drinks from the bar were fantastic, especially the LP Margarita. I was surprised and delighted by how family friendly this restaurant is, and our 11-year-old appreciated the options from the children’s menu. We came to Campo to celebrate a birthday, and we saw lots of other folks celebrating milestones and occasions, too. Highly recommend for any special occasion or simply a memorable meal with great ambiance.

  • I stayed at Los Poblanos and had both their breakfast and dinner which were both amazing! Had their chilaquiles with eggs and beans twice in a row for breakfast! Their lattes are great as well as their cocktails! Had family style dinner so thankfully got to try multiple of their dishes and not one disappointed! Their desserts were definitely the cherry on top! Would definitely stop by if I ever find myself in Albuquerque!

  • We had dinner at CAMPO tonight, and it was fantastic! We enjoyed cocktails, wine, crudo, lamb pasta, and carrot pasta. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Our waiter, DON, made our evening even more enjoyable with his friendly demeanor, helpful recommendations, and bright smile. If you're in Albuquerque, I highly recommend dining here. They have an excellent selection of wines, great food, and delicious desserts!

  • My beautiful girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Los Poblanos in Albuquerque, and both visits to its elegant restaurant, Campo, were truly memorable. From the moment you arrive, the property itself sets the tone—serene, refined, and uniquely New Mexican, with a natural beauty that feels both grounding and special. Our first dinner at Campo was absolutely amazing, a thoughtful and inspired experience that stayed with us long after the meal ended. So when we began searching for another place in town to celebrate one another again, all roads naturally led back to Los Poblanos. Our second visit was no different and did not disappoint. The menu showcased complex, carefully built flavors that highlighted the balance and intention of a seasonal approach. Each dish felt purposeful, elegant, and deeply connected to the ingredients and time of year. We highly recommend Campo to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Albuquerque. It’s a place that celebrates food, setting, and moments shared—and we will most definitely be back.

  • The food was phenomenal! Obsessed with the carrot pasta and ribeye but came in a group of 7 and everyone ordered something different and every dish was fantastic. Campo Margarita was also great. And every dessert was worth ordering! My fave had to be the Butter Pecan one tho! Don was an incredible waiter! Kept the night fun and was great at making recommendations! Really appreciate the manager and staff for making an adjustment to my reservation fairly last minute and making it possible for us to come. I wish I had taken more pictures of every dish but in the end it all looked too good to wait. I have more photos of how clean we cleared ALL our plates. Could not recommend more.

  • Category: Casual Fine Dining. Don’t let the simple farmhouse-style entrance fool you. This concrete, steel, glass, and whitewashed barnwood restaurant is serious about food, wine, service, and design. To enter, pass through the garden, where huge old trees naturally shade by day and — along with the strings of Edison bulbs and dried chile ristras — provide wonderful ambience at night. If you arrive early, as we did, enjoy a drink in the outdoor lounge, seated by the roaring fireplace or firepit. Or sit at the small outdoor bar. There’s ample outdoor dining but we had a rez for an indoor table on this visit. The first thing you see upon entering is the beautiful wall-facing bar and tower of lighted bottles soaring to the open-raftered ceiling. Pass the bar to the main dining room, where booths line one wall and well-spaced patinaed wood-topped tables populate the room. The large doorway at the back of the main dining room could easily be mistaken for a passageway to another dining room but actually leads into the large, impressive exhibition kitchen. The farm-to-table menu is constantly changing so expect to see different dishes on each visit. After many visits, I can say the food is always excellent, creative, beautifully plated, and expertly served. Suggestion: add more wines in the $50 range. Most of the wines were too pricey for us. • We had brunch at Campo with our daughter and son-in-law on Saturday Oct. 4. Everything was fantastic. Upon walking in, I was immediately loving the vibe. We were seated quickly, with a reservation. Our waiter, Marcus, was soft-spoken, polite, professional and knowledgeable about the menu. We started with their ($16) bloody marys. I'd say they were very good, but not the best and $16 feels a bit steep. My husband ordered the cazuela. He felt that the protein "was a bit small for $22", but tasty. He really enjoyed the blue corn tortillas. I had the chilaquiles. I would say that these are the best chilaquiles I've ever eaten. I paid an extra $2 to have the cazuela as my meat and I thought it was delicious. The potatoes, wow, honestly the best breakfast potatoes ever! It was a fantastic meal.
